Payment Options
Pinnacle Therapy Solutions, LLC is a private pay outpatient practice. We have chosen not to contract with private insurance companies, rather, our contract is with you, the patient. Together we can determine how long and often to treat, and what services to provide. Payment is due at time of service, and for your convenience we accept cash, check, credit card, debit card, Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards. This simple approach avoids the possibility of unexpected bills and invoices received after your care is completed.
Time Efficient Care
It is our desire to help each of our patients return to their optimal health as quickly as possible. Traditional physical therapy can be ineffective, time consuming, and consist of sessions filled with lectures and basic rehabilitation exercises that can be found on the internet. At Pinnacle Therapy Solutions, LLC, we provide hands on care, with the goal of getting you back to function quickly. We also provide focused activities in the form of home exercise, as to not waste your time with performance of non-skilled activities in the clinic. We use only as much treatment as is necessary to return our patients to their best functional self, typically using fewer appointments than standard physical therapy. Because we are direct access, and do not require a referral for treatment, we can provide care in a more cost effective and time efficient way.
Cost Effective Care
We want to be accessible, and affordable. With many high deductible or expensive co-payment insurance plans, much of today's healthcare costs are often passed on to the patient, especially for things like physical therapy services. This can mean the average physical therapy patient can expect a bill of hundreds of dollars per appointment, or may be subjected to "specialist co-pays," as physical therapy, often, is classified as a specialty service. This can mean one episode of typical physical therapy care may cost in excess of $2500. With direct access care, the cost per visit is remarkably reduced in many cases, and the number of visits is typically fewer than traditional physical therapy. This is one reason clients return to us time and again. Effective, accessible and affordable treatment, paid each session, eliminates any surprise invoice or frustrated conversations with billing departments at your provider's office. There are no surprises here. We clearly list the price for each appointment.
Medicare and Medicaid
As with private insurance, Pinnacle Therapy Solutions, LLC, is not a Medicare or Medicaid provider. Patients covered by Medicare or Medicaid may pay cash for "non-covered" services, such as strengthening, conditioning, wellness programs or other services which Medicare or Medicaid defines as non-covered or not medically necessary. We would be happy to discuss what services may be appropriate for us to provide to individuals insured by these programs.

Greater Savings
- Evaluation Only--for new patients, or existing patients who require an assessment of their condition
- Standard Treatment--this is typically a sufficient time frame to treat a single condition
- Evaluation and Focused Treatment--an appointment slot sufficient for evaluation of a condition, and the beginning of treatment the same day
- Extended Treatment--required for more complex issues, treatment of multiple areas, or performance of several different treatment techniques in the same visit
- Evaluation and Extended Treatment--an appropriate appointment for evaluation of a new condition, and more extensive treatment of that condition the same visit
- Home Visit--performance of physical therapy treatment within the patient's home. Additional expense may be incurred depending upon travel time required.
