For your convenience, ONLINE SCHEDULING is available.  Just click the "Online Scheduling" tab, and see what appointment times are available that fit your schedule.  Simply complete your request, and you will receive an emailed confirmation of your appointment, as well as an intake form to complete prior to your first appointment.
